Return & Exchange Policy
At PetWet, we want every customer to receive a product that is safe, clean, and quality checked before dispatch. Please read our return and exchange policy carefully before placing an order.
1. Exchange Window
Customers can request an exchange within 7 days of receiving the product.
The product must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging with all accessories, tags, and invoice included.
2. No Refund Policy
PetWet does not offer refunds once an order has been delivered.
We only provide product exchange in eligible cases. Refunds will not be issued for reasons such as change of mind, dislike of product, wrong selection, or placing an order by mistake.
3. Exchange Is Applicable Only In These Cases
You may request an exchange if:
- You received a damaged product
- You received a defective product
- You received the wrong product
- The product is not working properly on arrival
To claim an exchange, customers must contact us within 7 days of delivery.
4. Mandatory Proof Required
To process any exchange request, customers must share:
- Order ID
- Clear photos of the product
- Clear video proof / unboxing video
- Description of the issue
Without proper proof, the exchange request may not be accepted.
5. Product Condition
Exchange will not be accepted if:
- The product has been used heavily
- The product is damaged by the customer
- The product is returned without original packaging
- The product has missing parts or accessories
- The request is raised after 7 days of delivery
For hygiene and safety reasons, used pet-care products cannot be accepted unless there is a genuine defect.
6. Exchange Process
Once your request is approved, our support team will guide you through the exchange process.
After receiving and verifying the returned product, we will send a replacement product. The replacement will be processed only after quality inspection.
7. Shipping Charges
In case of a genuine damaged, defective, or wrong product, PetWet will help with the exchange process.
If the exchange request is due to customer error, such as wrong order selection or incorrect details, shipping charges may be applicable.
8. Order Cancellation
Orders can only be cancelled before dispatch. Once the order has been shipped, cancellation will not be possible.
