7. Cash on Delivery
Cash on Delivery may be available on eligible orders and selected locations. PetWet reserves the right to disable COD for certain pincodes, products, or orders based on courier availability or order risk.
In some cases, order confirmation may be required before dispatch.
8. Return & Exchange
PetWet offers exchange only as per our Return & Exchange Policy. Refunds are not provided once the order has been delivered.
Customers can request an exchange within 7 days of delivery only for eligible cases such as damaged, defective, or wrong product received, subject to proper proof and approval.
