Orders placed on Sundays, public holidays, or during high-volume sale periods may take slightly longer to process.

We try to dispatch orders as soon as possible from our warehouse.

3. Delivery Timeline
After dispatch, most orders are delivered within:

Remote locations may take additional time for delivery.
4. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges, if applicable, will be shown at checkout before placing the order.
PetWet may offer free shipping or promotional shipping benefits from time to time. Such offers may change without prior notice.
5. Cash on Delivery
Cash on Delivery may be available for selected locations and eligible orders.
PetWet reserves the right to cancel or hold COD orders in cases such as:
- Incorrect phone number
- Incomplete address
- Unserviceable pincode
- High-risk delivery location
- Failed order confirmation
- Suspicious or repeated fake orders
Our team may contact you for confirmation before dispatching COD orders.
6. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, tracking details will be shared via SMS, email, or WhatsApp, depending on the contact details provided at checkout.
Customers can use the tracking link to check shipment status and estimated delivery updates.
7. Incorrect Address or Contact Details
Customers are responsible for entering correct shipping details at the time of placing the order.
PetWet will not be responsible for delays, failed delivery, or return-to-origin cases caused by:
- Wrong phone number
- Incorrect pincode
- Incomplete address
- Missing landmark
- Customer unavailable
- Refusal to accept delivery
If the order is returned due to incorrect customer details, additional shipping charges may apply for re-shipment.
8. Failed Delivery Attempts
Courier partners usually attempt delivery as per their standard process. If the customer is unavailable or unreachable, delivery may fail.
Please ensure that your phone remains reachable after dispatch.
If delivery fails and the order is returned to us, re-shipping may be possible only after confirmation and payment of applicable shipping charges.
9. Damaged Package During Delivery
If you receive a damaged package, please do not accept it if the damage is clearly visible.
If you notice damage after receiving the package, contact our support team within 24 hours of delivery with:
- Order ID
- Clear photos of the package
- Clear photos/videos of the product
- Unboxing video, if available
Our team will review the case and assist you as per our Return & Exchange Policy.
10. Delayed Delivery
While we try our best to deliver orders on time, delays may happen due to courier or external issues.
PetWet is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, weather conditions, public holidays, lockdowns, strikes, natural events, or situations beyond our control.
However, our support team will help you track and follow up on your shipment wherever possible.
